  • log your triggers - write down anytime you feel a physical reaction to something that upsets you such as your chest getting tight or your face turning red

  • write a letter to those who hurt you in the past

  • explore your Lilith sign. I found my Lilith sign by using Cafe Astrology. It was free and it gave me my entire birth chart! 

  • Make a chart of what depletes you versus what elevates you

  • meditate on forgiveness

  • nurture your Inner Child

  • write down your dreams

  • affirmations such as: I am strong, I am good enough, I am worthy, My feelings are valid, I am lovable, I am whole

  • How do I react when I am embarrassed?

  • Do I set healthy boundaries in my relationships?

  • Do I fear getting in trouble?

  • Do I fear authority?

  • What do I wish more people understood about me?

  • Am I confrontational? Is this healthy for me or does it usually get me into trouble?

  • What memories make me feel shame?

  • Do I share any personality traits with my parents? Am I proud of this?

  • What emotions bring out the worst in me?

  • When do I find myself hiding behind a mask? Who am I with? Why do I hide who I truly am in these situations?

  • How do I respond to compliments? Do I believe them?

  • What do I think about when I am alone? 

  • Do I have recurring nightmares? Do I recognize anybody in them?

  • Do I have any preconceptions about people? Why do I feel these ways about them?

  • Do I tend to overdo for others? Why do I do this? Who do I overdo it for?

  • How do I express that I am sad? Any? Scared? Do I feel I am heard and understood in those moments?
