Symptoms of a blocked root chakra: Depression, anxiety, constipation, pain in lower intestines and pelvis, exhaustion and lethargy, rushing around, feeling stuck and unable to take action, instability, feelings of abandonment

How I Work With My Root Chakra
Going for walks is one of many root chakra healing activities that can be practiced on a regular basis. I am so grateful to live on the coast & take walks along the beach.
