Root Chakra: Testimonials

How I Work With My Root Chakra

Going for walks is one of many root chakra healing activities that can be practiced on a regular basis. I am so grateful to live on the coast & take walks along the beach. I recommend taking walks, or even drives, around your home town, as well as surrounding towns & cities to familiarize yourself with your home as a way to work with this chakra.
